RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Customer satisfaction is a priority for Aywens.

Each product is individually processed, inspected, and calibrated in our workshop before shipment. However, if you experience any issue with your order, the following return and exchange conditions apply.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be free of dents, scratches, or damage

  • All parts must be returned complete and in the original packaging

  • Products with laser engraving or personalization cannot be returned

Personalized products (items engraved with names, logos, or location details) are not eligible for return.

3. Manufacturing Defects

If the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect:

  • The product will be repaired free of charge

  • Necessary parts will be replaced free of charge

  • If the issue cannot be resolved, the product will be replaced with a new one

These services are covered under the 36-month warranty.

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For returns not related to manufacturing defects, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

For defective or faulty products, return shipping costs will be covered by Aywens.

7. Missing or Incorrect Items
