Aywens products are locally manufactured, and each product is individually processed in our workshop.

We strive to present product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or tone may occur due to differences in screen displays.

Aywens reserves the right to make design or technical changes to its products without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payments

When you place an order, it is considered a purchase request.

Aywens reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Your order will be confirmed once the payment has been successfully completed.

All prices are displayed in Turkish Lira (TRY) unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day.

Delivery time is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Once the product has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility transfers to the recipient.

5. Returns and Warranty

Returns are processed according to the Return & Refund Policy available on this website.

Aywens tampers are covered by a 36-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Personalized products (such as items engraved with names, logos, or custom text) are not eligible for return.

Maintenance services and part replacements are available through our workshop throughout the product’s lifetime.

All images, texts, logos, designs, and product photographs on this website are the property of Aywens.

Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Acceptable Use
