During high-volume periods, processing time may extend to up to 2 business days.
For personalized products (laser engraving such as name, logo, or custom text), the preparation time is typically:

All Aywens products are packaged carefully to prevent damage during transport.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
If the package appears damaged upon delivery:

If a product arrives damaged or an item is missing, the issue will be resolved and a replacement will be shipped free of charge.
7. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to:

the shipping carrier may return the package to us.
If the order needs to be shipped again, the additional shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
8. Delivery Issues
If a shipment is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received the package:
